Ballet Technique: Strengthening our Muscle Memory by Focusing on Repetition
This class explores how each barre exercise should be consistently practiced in a correct and precise manner. Certain exercises will be repeated in sets of 2, 4, or 8 repetitions to build correct muscle memory and increased precision with approaching each prescribed barre step.

Modern Technique: Focusing on Paul Taylor Style
Based on the movement of Paul Taylor , this class focuses on depth in the legs, contraction, release, spiral, and sequential use of the spine. We will nourish our soul by better understanding the idea of grounding our bodies to the floor, the earth – a key concept in Modern Dance and an essential skill in dance technique and performance.
