The Art of Resistance in Your Work and Use of Plié
Going back to our plié class, how to use the plié properly, plus how to resist the air around you with your feet, plié, arms, your overall dance work in general. When you use resistance in your work, the body parts develop properly, and the articulation in your work is ever present.
CLASS NOTES TO STUDENTS:
– The class is recommended for any beginning/intermediate or advanced dancer with a solid, basic understanding of ballet fundamentals.
– If you cannot take this class live, you can register and use the class until the next Monday following this current week of classes. Videos will be available by the next day after the class has been streamed.
